Which entrepreneur doesn’t want to run a business that is famous for all kinds of things in their industry? Who doesn’t want that that illusive living legend status that very few get? We just thought that we needed to let you know rather than show in this blog post so here goes…..
As we seek to provide a customer experience that is unique, it made sense to put certain things out there about our business because we are aware of how saturated the beauty industry can be. We’re also aware of how huge the failure risk is in the beauty industry too so why remind you of how unique we are and our commitment to our valued clients?
Well, for the most part business owners are afraid to blow their own trumpets! There is something about the relationship between a business and the rest of the world that makes people shy away from wanting to shout “I’M AMAZING!” and I think that its because people always assume that it will be followed by a hard sell. In many cases people assume they come hand in hand…WELL NOT TODAY!
The bottom line is that every consumer has a choice and that choice is not always based on what’s ‘the best’. That choice is based on many factors and ‘the best’ is a relative thing. With that being said, there a 5 things that we things that we decided to highlight about the Beauti Bank. We are sure that you will be surprised:
- The Beauti Bank is open 24 hours a day.
Bet you weren’t expecting this one! The Beauti Bank operates 24 hours a days, 7 days a week. How? Well, we are contactable ALL THE TIME via email. Whilst we operate office opening hours and we do actually see clients in the middle of the night at a premium rate, our mailbox is always manned. So you can have a serious beauty emergency and have it taken care of before the sun comes up! This service was top secret and it is still only available via an application process. Yes we’re 100% serious.
2. The Beauti Bank has a text messaging service
Again, this is more than likely news to most people. Earlier in the year we rolled out a text messaging service that we use for communication from you to us. The service is mostly used for booking appointments. This service has been available for the last 3 months and if you would like to have your number added so you can get access to our exclusive text offers please send a message to email@example.com and we will get you added to the list.
3. The Beauti Bank is owned by a Vogue published make-up artist & therapist
For those of you that don’t know the Beauti Bank is owned by Lanre Atijosan. She is an acclaimed make-up artist in her field but she is also a highly skilled beauty therapist. She is often on the road with other therapists and often keeps her other talents hidden and she never speaks about them. (It’s a good time to out her!)
Lanre is an extremely talented make-up artist. She specialises in bridal make-up, high fashion and photographic make-up and earlier in 2015 she was published in Vogue as part of a London Fashion Week Campaign for a welsh clothing company. She is a bit too modest in our opinion so we’ve decided to take over and tell everyone because she won’t! When you next see her ask her about it. She is probably going to wonder how you found about it! (she doesn’t always get time to read the blog so we thought we would take advantage!)
4. The Beauti Bank is about to launch a membership programme in 2016
Ok this has been a long time coming. Towards the middle of 2015, Lanre decided that it was time to do something extraordinary and create a membership service for customers who want feel their best but are struggling to fit it into their schedule, or those who feel overwhelmed with life or just simply struggle with the concept of self care. This programme will be rolled out to the general public in the first quarter of the 2016 and will hopefully expand and revolutionise beauty services in London and beyond.
5. The Beauti Bank is re-branding
So the time has come to move towards a brand that is befitting of us and the journey that we have been on since we started 2 years ago. When we first launched, our branding was clean and conservative. Don’t get me wrong…it’s not that we aren’t those things any more, we absolutely are but we are also a brand that loves our quirkiness and we are a little bit edgy and modern too. So after a long discussion between us and some of our trusty advisors we decided that a re-brand was the right direction to go in. It’s a new year and a new us.
We will be revealing our new branding in January so please look out for it. We would love to know what you think too.
